The person you meet is the person who does it
BrandForge is me, plus the specialists I bring in when a project needs them. Either way you deal with the same person from the first call to launch: no middle-man, no account manager, nobody to hand you off to.
What that means in practice
- The person who answers your first email is the person who runs the project and does the work.
- Nothing is relayed. When you ask why something was done a certain way, you are asking the person who decided it.
- Specialists join for the parts that need them — motion, photography, a particular kind of build — and they work to the same direction rather than to a brief passed down a chain.
- If a project is not right for this studio, you hear that in the first conversation rather than after a proposal.
How we work
- 01
Strategy before pixels
We do not open a design tool until we can say, in one sentence, why the brand deserves attention. Everything after that is easier to judge, because there is something to judge it against.
- 02
One direction, defended
You get a single recommended route with the reasoning behind it, not a menu of three that pushes the decision back to you. If you disagree, we would rather have that argument than average the options together.
- 03
No handover
Design and build stay under the same direction, so what you approve is what goes live. Nothing is lost in translation between a file and a browser, because nobody is translating.
Where
Blankenberge, on the Belgian coast. We work with companies across Belgium and beyond; most of a project runs over calls and shared files either way, and the parts that are better in a room are worth the train.
Tell us what you are building
We reply to every serious enquiry within two working days. If we are not the right studio for it, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
