A treasury tool whose users trusted the numbers and could not find them.
The problem
Signal had earned its accuracy over eight years and buried it under an interface that treated every figure as equally important. New users churned before the product got a chance to prove itself.
What we did
We rebuilt the hierarchy around what a treasurer checks first, then second, then never. Dense where density helps, empty where it does not, with a type system that makes tabular figures readable at a glance.
Where it landed
Time to first meaningful action dropped by more than half in onboarding tests.
